Job Description:
- Developing & implementing various strategies and process improvements for company
operations to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and minimize risk in day-to-day operations. - Coordinating with internal staff as well as external suppliers and contractors to ensure a smooth flow of goods and services through the supply chain.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure optimal level of client satisfaction and attend to any queries raised by the client on the services rendered.
- Managing inventory levels to always ensure adequate supply of products without overstocking or understocking.
- Managing assets such as facilities and equipment, including planning for repairs and replacements.
- To carry out overall preventive and corrective maintenance on all the machineries and delivery fleet.
- To ensure that all relevant checklists related to the operations and maintenance of the company and client facilities are appropriately attended to by the team of technicians and suppliers.
- To ensure all machinery pertaining to the operation of the company and client facilities are in good working order.
- To report all current and developing matters pertaining to the operations to the Manager.
- To be able to present weekly on the above-mentioned operational activities to the Manager.
- To ensure effective collaboration both internally and externally to ensure order deliveries are handled efficiently and timely.
- To be the point of contact, assist in daily logistic arrangement, Coordinate logistics and distribution
activities, and ensure on-time deliveries. - To perform any ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management
Minimum Education Preferred
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
