Job Description:
- Preparing execution maintenance work scope for respective hubs namely Gumusut Kakap, Malikai, F6 and F23.
- Conduct site surveys at the request of discipline engineers.
- Reviewing work order and inspection reports to ensure all relevant information provided are sufficient and accurate.
- Provide preliminary estimation for each operational line items including man-hours, and resources required as well as to provide a preliminary material take-off list for materials required.
- identifying long lead items to be supplied by the Company (not covered under current HUC contract) and ensure such information is provided to material management team for material requisition.
- Compile works-coping report and define work methodology, drafting maintenance worksheet, not limited to spading isolation plan, lifting methodology, work execution method.
- Improve long lead material requisitions and execution strategy, ensure adequate information is provided upfront for any work order to minimize work-scoping trips offshore and to ensure completeness of work execution.
Competencies & Skills
- Familiar with work-pack preparation and its relevant requirements.
- Familiar with Shell procedures and specifications.
- Working knowledge not limited to SIMOPS/SSP, Hot-Work procedure, Positive Isolation, Lifting and Hoisting, Vessel Entry, Scheduled Waste Management, Scaffolding procedure.
- Knowledgeable with Oil & Gas HSSE procedure
- Knowledgeable and application of material and corrosion principle
- Methods of effective presentation of planning and forecast data and information.
- Familiar in offshore work activities sequence and man-hour estimation
- Familiar with Work Preparation Tool (WPT), campaign Materials Identification Tool (CMIT).
- Proficient in written and oral both English & Malay
- Computer literate – Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, in particular), AUTOCAD is advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
Qualifications
Minimum Degree in Engineering from a recognized institution or equivalent.
Working Experience
- Minimum 10 years in Oil and Gas Industry and 5 years in Maintenance Execution (Work-scoping, Work-packing, TMM & Hook-up, and Commissioning) for offshore environment OR
- Degree holder – Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry with offshore Hook-up and Commissioning (HUC) & Maintenance execution experience OR
- Technical Diploma holder – Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry with offshore Hook-up and Commissioning (HUC) & Maintenance execution experience, & 5 years in relevant offshore experience.
