Job Description:
- To raise Z1 notification in SAP and follow through till conversion to workorder as per Shell AMS process.
- Performing SAP transaction such as POPR, SE issuance and follow up or manage with readiness of vendor for mobilisation and billing from vendor.
- Performing SAP – CMMS data migration and other data management scopes for the Structural W-IMS pilot.
- Other’s ad-hoc request to support CSO activities.
Competencies & Skills
- Well versed with SAP Working
- Previous working experience supporting Shell Malaysia is highly preferred.
- Previous working experience in oil and gas maintenance is highly preferred.
- Proficient in written and oral both English & Malay
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Computer literate – Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering
Working Experience
- Min 5 years working experience using SAP.
