Job Description:
- Develop and maintain a filing system and bank guarantees for contract.
- Generate reports for internal and external performance and compliance reporting.
- Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Data entry – normally for Q1 when new work barge and rig on-board.
- Preparing and printed training material for Q1 when on boarding new work barge and rig setup training profile and setup training environment.
- Assisting with DIY work example formatting items one by one.
- Assisting in documenting procedure and training material.
Competencies & Skills
- Proficient in both English & Malay
- Computer literate – Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Knowledgeable with Power Platforms – Power App, Power BI, etc
- Knowledgeable of office management systems and procedures e.g., printer and computer
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration or any relevant field of study
Working Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office administration
