Job Description:
- Manage offshore construction and HUC activities in the most cost-effective manner and in compliance with campaign frozen plan, company policy, contractual specifications, procedures, quality, and standards.
- Scrutinize, verify, and reconcile DPR and DSR and ensure consistency prior to circulation and sign off.
- Ensure work execution comply to DEP and QAQC requirements.
- Ensure site compliance with Company’s HSSE management policy, emergency/medevac procedure, AMS ESP, PTW etc.
- Ensure site execution and changes to activity scope/schedule comply with Break in procedure and aligned with Change Proposal Process.
- Manage major emergencies that occur in offshore operations in accordance with the established Site Emergency Response Plan.
- Establish strong collaboration with Operations Team/Offshore Installation Manager on matters of work management on company assets (e.g., permit to work).
- Deal directly with the contractor’s nominated site representative on work execution and with the barge master on marine issues.
- Liaise and coordinate with other company support team members at site e.g., Logistics, Marine, Inspection, Discipline Engineers.
- Manage materials/logistics issues with Work Preparer, Execution Engineer, Construction Operations Engineer or Project Engineer to ensure schedule and plan delivery.
- Monitor and drive work progress, daily activities, resource planning and cost. Assess the consequence of change or delay on the overall progress of work and feedback to onshore operation and project engineers.
- Manage handling, inventory control and traceability of surplus, scrap, and project materials.
- Monitor and drive offshore execution work to achieve target productive hours per work pack planning. Special Challenges:
- Deliver construction and turnaround activities meeting HSSE requirements, on time, on schedule, within costs and to quality standards.
- Develop and groom Deputy Company Site Representative (DCSR).
- Management of multiple parties, e.g., Company Leadership, Company staff from various departments and various contractors
- Function as Work barge CSR or Minor Fabrication Yard (onshore) CSR when required.

- Proactive approach to resolving difficult situations • Competent in Managing Major Emergencies (MME) is an added advantage.
- Competent in Permit to Work Management is an added advantage.

- Ability to travel to fabrication yard/offshore.
- Computer literate – Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field
Working Experience
- Minimum (10) years working experience in oil and gas as Offshore HUC CSR/ MS/ PS/ OIM managing operation alongside with minor/ major maintenance work.
- Minimum five (5) years of working experience in oil and gas offshore hook-up and commissioning (HUC) works in managing work barge or workboat (for degree holder)
- Minimum of ten (10) years working experience in oil and gas Offshore HUC Works in managing work barge or workboat (for diploma holder)
