Job Description:
- Handle full HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, HR letters, employee relations, HR documentation). Manage the entire recruitment process for both internal staff and project manpower (offshore & onshore).
- Act as the HR focal person for contracts— liaise with client HR, supervisors & project owners.
- Manage mobilization, demobilization, timesheets, manpower schedules, expiries and compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients & ensure manpower meets client’s competency and certification requirements.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, ISO/HR documentation, and compliance with Sarawak Labour Ordinance.
- Support internal HR initiatives — performance appraisals, training plans, HR reports, staff welfare, discipline & grievances.
Minimum Education/Experience Preferred
– Diploma or Degree in any discipline preferably Science, Business, Marketing or Equivalent.
– 2 to 3 years experience in HR.
